Please bear in mind that any information supplied through any part of our website (examples: forum, blog, news, primary site, live chat, telephone, e-mail, ) is for fun & entertainment purposes only and doesn't constitute professional advice. No professional guidance can be given without a clinical consultation with a dentist.

Treatment planning:

We'll supply printed details of your plan once your treatment plan was agreed with the Dentist. If this plan shifts as a result of radiographic or clinical findings, we'll inform you and discuss this with you. Treatment strategies are valid for net 90 days from your date. If there are any points in your treatment plan that you wish to query, please don't hesitate to inquire us, before the appointments for real treatments are made.

Consent forms:

Specific treatments necessitate completion of a written consent form. This is before any of these treatments are carried out, in order to explain the treatment, aftercare and any danger to you personally thoroughly.

Fees:

A credit account system doesn't run and we require fees to be settled at the appointment where treatment is provided.
Where treatment incurs a lab fee, at least 50% of the total fee is due at the appointment where impressions are taken. Fees for specific treatments like Dental Implants and Invisalign are taken at each visit in staged payments.

In cases where treatment is paid for on finance through a Finance company, please bear in mind the finance agreement must be accepted and signed before the start of that treatment. Please be aware that finance is only available on treatments finished?400, not including Emergency Dental Treatment, and that a minimum down payment may also be required.

Pearl Dental Clinic doesn't accept any payments.

Fees for treatment where intravenous sedation is comprised, must be paid prior to the appointment in order to avoid fiscal trades, or signatures being required, whilst a customer continues to be under the influence of the sedative.

Dream Smile Dental Clinic reserves the right to charge time for booking future appointments based deposits. Deposits are deductible off the cost of treatment.

All the fees implemented for any kind of Dental treatment at the practice are based on; the materials used, lab costs incurred (if appropriate), and the clinical time spent. The fees are nonetheless, attested as treatments prescribed on the treatment plan for your information.

Late cancellation or missed appointments:
Dream Smile Dental Clinic reserves the right to charge up to?100 per hour, in the event of a missed appointment or an appointment canceled with less than 24 hours notice. For appointments more than 1 hour, we require at least 72 hours.

We recognize that some patients travel long distances to get to the practice, and in some cases being late for appointments can be inevitable. Please bear in mind that you might be requested to reschedule your appointment should you be more than 10 minutes.

Guarantee:

At Dream Smile Dental Clinic our Lumineers, Ceramic Veneers, Implant crowns and Ceramic crowns are ensured for a period of 5 years following placement, so long as the following conditions are met:

The treatment has been fully paid for by the patient and doesn't owe the practice any money for the treatment received.
Crowns, the Veneers, Lumineers & Implant crowns haven't been damaged as a consequence of a collision, trauma or excessive grinding.
All post treatment maintenance recommendations have been followed by the patient.
The patient has attended and routine examination every 6 months.
Some treatments may have a guarantee of less than 1 year, and in this event you will end up advised by your Dentist either verbally or in writing, or both.

Private Details:

It's crucial that you give a full medical history and details of any medicine you take. Should these change at all, it's very important for you yourself to tell your Dentist. It really is the patient's responsibility to inform the practice of any changes in their medical history private details and/or.

Use of Pictures and X rays:

Dream Smile Dental Clinic may use pictures and x-rays of your smile and teeth just, for advertising and educational purposes on the Dream Smile Dental Clinic site, and on educational and promotional literature. Your name will never be printed, and identity WOn't ever be revealed. However, if you DO NOT wish for us to use your pictures and x-rays this way, please let us know.

Use of patient contact details:

We like to remind other various reminders that are important, and our patients of their appointments, when they may be due for appointments. On this note, you may be periodically contacted by the practice via cellphone, text, email or by letter in the post. Please let us know if you DO NOT wish to be contacted by the practice by any or all these means.

Criticism's policy:

At Dream Smile Dental Clinic we constantly take complaints about any aspects of our services very seriously, in order to ensure that each patient has just the very best experience in the least times.

Grievances can be made in writing by filling out a simple complaints form available or via email through our online site contact form, by the patient or by an authorized person on the patient's behalf. Grievances should be made to the Dream Smile Dental Clinic Management', and should not be unclear, so that they'll be dealt with efficiently.

Every grievance will receive immediate written/e-mail recognition, and the Management will strive to resolve the grievance within a quick, reasonable period of time (generally about 2 weeks). For policy and our complete complaints process, please request an associate of our reception team. If a grievance is about any aspect of clinical care or affiliated charges it then referred to the treating Dentist and will normally be acknowledged by the Management team.

Should you be unsatisfied with our internal handling of your complaint, you happen to be free to forward your complaint to the Dental Complaints Service (www.dentalcomplaints.org.uk). If still unsatisfied, you may wish to forward your complaint to the General Dental Council.

No endurance/Mistreatment policy

At Dream Smile Dental Clinic we run a zero tolerance policy to abuse to our Dentists and staff, loud/disorderly/drunken behaviour, consistent overlooking and late cancellation of appointments (after multiple warnings). In these situations, Dream Smile Dental Clinic reserves the right to refuse entry and treatment.

Data Protection Act:

We save all patient personal details on a secure computer system in accordance with the Data Protection Act. All clinical notes, digital radiographs, photographs etc that are digital remain the property of Dream Smile Dental Clinic. Copies of pictures, radiographs and notes can be made available on request, and Dream Smile Dental Clinic reserves the right to charge an administration fee.
